Today, since it was my day off, I decided to get started on my Food Truck assignment...but the catch was I needed two trucks. Two meals in less than one hour.
I was pleased that Circle City Spuds was still parked downtown at OneAmerica Center when I got there(got the last 2 potatoes). After partaking in the wonderful spread of potato & Heather's famous mac n' cheese (which I devoured)
...I headed back up Meridian to hit up Seoul Grill Indy, and tried some of their Korean-fusion Korean Tacos. Also had my first crack at Kimchi...and I loved every second of it.
Thanks to both of the owners, both Heather and Brian, for taking some time out of their busy afternoon to let me eat their amazing food and to ask a few questions as well.
